TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the DTV visa online through the London Embassy, you are required to input a departure date and intended length of stay. It's advised to select a departure date within the next 3 months and choose a stay duration of up to 180 days, as that is the maximum duration granted on an entry stamp. While it's uncommon for the embassy to ask for actual travel tickets, be prepared for the possibility of providing proof of your travel plans.
Pick a date within the next 3 months you think you will travel to Thailand. Type any amount of days under 180 because that's how many days you get on your entry stamp. I put 179 days
A. ************
If you know when you intend to fly to Thailand enter that date.
I've never heard of anyone being asked for their intended departure date, but, as with the flight in, enter the date you think you will stay until.
NOTE: I've read a couple of recent posts in this group that London has been asking to see the actual tickets. So be prepared for that possibility.
