What is the processing time for a visa application at the Thai Embassy in London during busy periods?

I applied on Friday 29th November. I was asked for further documents, one being my e-ticket. So it appears the London Embassy want you to have booked a flight. I fly on 16th December and I am at ‘pending approval’ stage. Feeling a little nervous the DTV won’t come through in time, if approved. Has anyone else applied around the same time and have you been approved?

Mine had just been approved by the London embassy at 9:40pm. They asked for more documents on Wednesday.

Check the processing time at the Embassy website, and have in mind that this is the busiest time of year, so the average time may not be enough.

Furthermore some Embassies process visa’s by departure date, not date applyed.

The the visa will be approved few days before departure.

Every request for additional documents, may reset time to 0.
