Hello all, I am in the process of applying for the DTV and would love to know peoples experience with House of Taste Thai Cooking School. I am specifically looking at the 6 month course and applying from the London Embassy. Thanks :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The House of Taste Thai Cooking School offers a 6-month course suitable for DTV visa applicants. Reviews suggest that the school provides needed documentation promptly, and classes are well organized. However, students note that the classes may become repetitive as they cater to tourists rather than aspiring professional chefs. It's advised to check the accuracy of all documents and to take classes at various times for a better mix of recipes.

Had a great time with them. They provided the paperwork required right away after I paid. As mentioned, the classes did become a bit repetitive because they are actually setup as a place where tourists come to take A CLASS as a thing to do when visiting Bangkok, not a true cooking school. Try to take classes at different times of day to get as great a mix of the recipes as possible.

Note: DTVers could only take classes Mon-Thu when I was attending late last year. Maybe they have more groups, and tourists on the weekends so they want to keep as many slots open for them as possible.

Took the 6-month course and they're okay.

Very responsive both during application with providing supporting documents as well as afterwards when booking classes.

Classes are okay but lessons get repetitive. Won't become a professional chef out of it but you'll definitely have fun and enjoy it.

They are legit! Documentation support is good and classes are well organised.

Just double check the documents for correctness of dates etc anyway.
