If I already have a COE for Phuket how do I change to arrive In Bangkok.

Please describe your request by mail to them and also call to push them to do it quickly.

For those out there. The lady did say that it will take 7 days with the new system so to be safe apply for your COE

Did contact embassy they reset application so I could change things.

They were a great help.
