What Should I Do With the Undertaking of Tourist Applicant Form When Applying for a Non-B Visa in Kota Bharu?

Hi, I’m off to Kota bharu tomorrow with my work permit to apply for the non B visa again, trying to find the form to fill out for the application but the only one on the site I seem to come across has the title at the end saying ‘UNDERTAKING OF TOURIST APPLICANT - I confirm that the purpose of my visit to Thailand is for pleasure etc’ where I’m meant to sign it and date it, but of course I’m going to be working so do I have the wrong form or do I just not sign and date that part? 

Might sound stupid but the reason I ask is because there is no other place for me to sign the form? And surely they need a signature on it? Also don’t see any other form for the non B.

and no one can say for sure whether they will or won't accept your Non-B application after the history you have living here.

Kota Bharu is one of the consulates that are "easier" than most but again no one is a mind reader.

As far as the application, just get the form at the consulate and fill it out, face it you're NOT gonna be the only foreigner there applying for a visa at that consulate.

I know nobody can which is why the above didn’t really need to be spoken about, was a fairly simple question that only needed to be answered by saying the correct advice or if not sure then can just ignore my question, isn’t really an issue. Don’t really need to start asking questions about whether I have a wife etc 😂 jeez, the post isn’t for a debate, just advice about the visa form that’s all. Thanks anyway 👍

You are applying for a Non B visa for business. Are you a Director of your company? Or are you an employee of a company?

will Khota Baru issue a Non B business visa to an applicant who has lived in Thailand since 2017 using tourist visas, border runs, Ed visas and extensions?

already on a non B whilst was waiting for the work permit. Ed visa was to learn part of the language before going into work, no issue.
