Hi, I’m off to Kota bharu tomorrow with my work permit to apply for the non B visa again, trying to find the form to fill out for the application but the only one on the site I seem to come across has the title at the end saying ‘UNDERTAKING OF TOURIST APPLICANT - I confirm that the purpose of my visit to Thailand is for pleasure etc’ where I’m meant to sign it and date it, but of course I’m going to be working so do I have the wrong form or do I just not sign and date that part?
Might sound stupid but the reason I ask is because there is no other place for me to sign the form? And surely they need a signature on it? Also don’t see any other form for the non B.
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing to apply for a Non-B visa in Kota Bharu but is confused about a form titled 'UNDERTAKING OF TOURIST APPLICANT' that they found, which implies a purpose of visit for pleasure rather than work. They seek clarification on whether this is the correct form and how to proceed with the signature.
