Is the Non-B Visa Process at the Kota Bharu Consulate Similar to Other Visas?
Hi, I have just been granted a work permit and need to go to kota bharu to get the non B visa (currently on one whilst I waited for the work permit to come through but it expires on the 3rd February) - I just wanted to know is it the same as the other visas where you just apply one day and then pick it up the following day? Also do I need to book an appointment like I had to before with Kuala Lumpur?
Thanks
Thanks
Answer summary
The process for applying for a Non-B visa at the Kota Bharu Consulate is similar to other visa applications. You do not need an appointment; you can apply in the morning and retrieve your passport the next day in the afternoon. It is important to note that the consulate has specific working hours—open on Sundays and closed on Fridays, so plan your visit accordingly.

Like joe said, pay attention to their hours, they're different than other consulates in malaysia
