What should I do if the TDAC form asks for a departure date while entering Thailand on a Non-O visa for retirement?

On the TDAC form, it asks for departure date, but what if you enter on a Non O visa based on retirement? And purpouse of travel?

When filling out the TDAC form while on a Non O visa based on retirement, you do not need to fill in the departure date as it is not mandatory. You only need to provide information in fields marked with a red asterisk (*). Other fields, including departure date and visa information, can be left blank.
