Answer summary
The user is uncertain about the status of their 90-day online report submission and is considering visiting immigration. Comments suggest that the first report typically requires an in-person visit, especially for first-time submissions, and users recommend checking the TM47 system for status updates or canceling and resubmitting if needed. Several users confirm that initial submissions must be done in person, while subsequent reports can often be completed online.

Online can be done only due-date-15 until -7 days.
Some immigrations ask for first time or when re-enter to pass in person (up to 7 days after due-date). In Phuket I had never to show up, neither 1st time or when returining from outside.
Cancel and try again you should get an immediate rely successfully received then in 3 day get confirmation email complete this is in jomtien immigration
Usually the first response you get is just an acknowledgement that they have received your report. You generally need to wait a day or two for a further email to find out if they have accepted or rejected your report
