Hi everyone
I plan to live in Hua Hin and enter on a 90 day retirement visa approved by the thai embassy in Canada
Will I have to do extensions, reporting etc in Bangkok or can I do the 12 month extension and 90 day reports in Hua Hin
Many thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can manage all your reporting and extensions at the immigration office in Hua Hin. Upon entering on a 90-day Non-O visa, you'll need to file a TM30 notification of residence at the local immigration office in Hua Hin. Both your yearly extension and the required 90-day reports can be handled there, eliminating the need to travel to Bangkok for these processes. Just ensure to report your address to immigration within 7 days of moving.
