Can anyone comment on how to successfully process an Online 90 Day Checkin?
I am getting rejected and I am not sure what I could be doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!!
Answer summary
The post discusses issues faced by an expat regarding the rejection of their online 90-day check-in in Thailand. Several commenters provide insights, suggesting that reasons for rejection could include submitting the report too close to the due date, not filing TM30 if they were away, or that it might be required to do the first report in person. It's also highlighted that the information submitted must match passport details accurately, and future submissions can be done online if the first one is processed correctly.

To get around having to physically go to immigration for the first report, get them to do it when you pick up your extension stamp. Then it's online after that.
90 days report is rejected for me and and husband more than a year now. It doesn't work for everyone. We must go the immigration every time and wait a few hours because always many other rejected people have to come to do their 90 days report. Another reason is you stayed in a hotel and didn't file TM30 at return home.
Not enough info to answer properly... But, are you putting you name in as in the passport? Middle name? Double check all the info! Is the address the same as a the tm30? Are you in the date 'window' it's possible to do online? Is it your first online report after leaving and coming back? Like I said.. So many potential reasons and no info to give a proper answer.
If it's your first report after arriving here, then you need to do that in person. Then future ones can be submitted online, until you leave and return again.
Online will fail if, 1. It is your first attempt at using the system, or 2. you have left the country and it is the first filing since returning, in either case you must physically present at immigration. Log into your TM47 account and review the application staus.
