Hello Tod Daniels, Robert Lagas and the other wise men.

I have a Non B multiple entry visa which is valid until November 2020, as is my Work Permit.

My stamp expired in May under Lockdown and Amnesty etc etc.

Suggestions on what might be the best step forward in this situation (I am aware, nothing has been announced or decided as yet, just looking for ideas)

Many thanks as always

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a Non-B multiple entry visa and a work permit that are both valid until November 2020 but their stamp expired in May due to the lockdown. They are seeking suggestions on how to proceed given the current situation.

The normal step forward, apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on employment, if you like to travel apply after it is stamped in your passport for the re-entry permit.

Thank you very much

It is called a 1 year Extension of Stay based on employment and you are allowed to stay the full year inside Thailand, You only make 90 day reports at Immigration Office. If you like to travel you need a re-entry permit.

OK, so the 1 year extension can be applied multiple entry year long visa, not only have to exit every 90 days for a new stamp?

Thank you, if that's the case a rather sizeable headache removed
