What should I do if my Digital Nomad Visa application lacks sufficient income documentation?

Hi everyone! I'm currently applying for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) Softpower here in the Philippines and I have a couple of issues with the requirements.

I submitted the form and now they are asking me to upload:

• 3-Month Bank Statement: The statement I uploaded (July-August) is not sufficient.

• Income Supporting Documents: Documents verifying my source of income, such as a Certificate of Employment or business registration.

Issue 1 (Bank Statement): I already uploaded the 3-month bank statement showing the required 500k, but it is not an account I use regularly. Would it be helpful to upload the latest transaction history from my other bank account (the one I use more often), even if it doesn't have the 500k? I'm trying to figure out if they want proof of funds or proof of consistent cash flow.

Issue 2 (Employment/Income): In the application form, I stated my occupation as "Unemployed with No income." How should I address the request for a Certificate of Employment or business registration when I declared no income/employment? Is there an alternative document I can provide (e.g., a letter of explanation)?

Has anyone faced this challenge or can offer advice on how to proceed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user faces issues with their Digital Nomad Visa application due to insufficient requirements; specifically, they need to provide a 3-month bank statement and income supporting documents despite being 'unemployed with no income.' They seek advice on whether to submit a more frequently used bank statement, even if it lacks the necessary funds, and how to address the income verification requirement with alternative documents.

July - Aug is just 2 months. You need to provide 3 e.g July, Aug, and Sept. Even on SP, embassies want evidence of income. If you are unemployed, submit a letter again stating you are unemployed. You can

include additional savings to show you can support yourself in Thailand with no job income. They are looking to see how you are going to support yourself with no income.

For the statements if they meet the criteria just upload them again. For income it sounds like they are looking for you to show how you can support yourself for the 5 years the visa is valid for
