TLDR : Answer Summary
If your 90-day report in Thailand is overdue, you should submit it as soon as possible to avoid further complications. Although you will incur a fine of 2000 baht for the late submission, this penalty remains the same regardless of how long you delay. You can choose to report it immediately or wait until your next visit to the local immigration office for other matters.

As a rule, you are supposed to submit 90 days report as soon as possible and you will be fined 2000 baht for not reporting on time.

But this fine stays the same regardless of the time of delay. Practically, it's your decision to go now or do it when you have things to do at the local immigration office next time.
