ORIGINAL POSTER
Has anyone had to deal with a lost or stolen UK passport.

I've reported the lost to the police and now I'm in the process of trying to get a new one, the sticking point is that I've got to have a counter signed photo by someone that I've known for 2 years and has an EU or British passport, I don't know anybody that has this, any thoughts on the subject.

You dont need a counter signature , unless your appearance has drastically changed since the last photo . READ THE FORM PROPERLY
