Answer summary

The user needs assistance with submitting additional documents in PDF format for their Thai Evisa application after initially sending them in JPG. They are unable to attach new documents as requested in an email and have mentioned the lack of a PDF version from the hotel booking. Comments suggest using a computer and free PDF converter apps to resolve the issue.

use your computer, not the phone. Get a free "pdf-converter" App . . . like PDF24 Launcher
