How can I obtain a printout from the British Embassy for a COVID visa extension in Thailand?

It is my first time doing the covid extension and in a previous post it states that one of the items needed is a print out from my embassy stating they do not issue letters.

Please can someone provide an example of how they obtained such a print out. I'm British so I guess I'd be getting in touch with the British Embassy here in Thailand.

Was looking for a specific section on the Gov site? 

My current Non O visa runs out on 22nd October so just want to be prepared incase I need to wait back for this response from them?

Some immigration offices require

A letter from your embassy saying you can not return, OR;

a print out from your embassy website saying they don’t issue the letters, OR;

a print out of a letter from the embassy saying they don't issue those letters.

(Note the OR's)

The UK consulate hasn't issued letters for people to get covid extensions since Sept 26th 2020. 😕

Use the search bar in this group type in covid extension and read the many many posts about what you need to get the covid extension at the immigration office where you will go
