Hi everyone,I’m trying to create an account on the Thai e-Visa website, but I’m running into a problem.I received the verification email and clicked the link, but the page doesn’t load and eventually shows a timeout error (“this site can’t be reached / connection took too long”).I’ve already tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge), incognito mode, and both WiFi and mobile data, but the issue is still the same.Has anyone experienced this recently? Is the system currently down, or is there something else I should try? Thanks a lot for any advice!

Answer summary

A user faced a timeout error when trying to access the Thai e-Visa verification link after receiving the email. Despite trying different browsers and network connections, the issue persisted. Comments suggested troubleshooting steps like clearing the browser cache, while the user later resolved the issue by changing to a functional email address.

Thank you for the comments. It's already been resolved, the error was in the non-functional email address. When I changed the email address, the link works without problems.
