Hi everyone,

Since today, I haven’t been able to access the visa application page at all. I’ve been trying since noon, but it still isn’t working.

Whenever I open the page, it just stays completely blank. I’ve tried using another computer, a different browser, and my phone, but it’s the same everywhere.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I had the same issue and solved it: Go to

then press Cmd + Shift + R (on a Mac, sorry I don't know the equivalent on PC - this will Hard refresh it) - that worked for me. It's because your browser has previously cached a broken link and it's defaulting to that each time.

It's not working in Chrome browser but working in the Samsung browser and I expect others as well
