Just want to share some information from Chiang Mai Immigration today.
My original visa was valid until March 29th.
I got the under consideration stamp good until April 17th.
While I should have just gone into immigration this day, I was advised by volunteer from their office that I did not need to go in unless they called me.
After hearing the new 3 month amnesty I wanted to just be clear so I went in today. I was given a stamp stating I would have to leave April 28th!!! I was also told that there is no official amnesty until July 31st as of now and that they could not help me any further.
Just FYI for anyone in Chiang Mai on under consideration stamp.
TLDR : Answer Summary
