My partner is a financial advisor and is asking what exactly should he present as a proof of his work. Should he make a detailed description of the services he offer? How detailed? Woth some printscreens? We plan to apply for DTV in Vientiane in December.

The embassy just wants to be sure you work legally and out of Thailand. I'd recommend invoices or receipts - or if you can't provide them - last year's tax declaration. Business registration is also handy.

sorry, but I don't understand this. He works online and his clients dont care from where. Why would they have to give him permission to work from Thailand? It doesn't make sense to me.
