What proof of residency can I use for my DTV application if I'm living with family?

Hello. I am applying for DTV in Los Angeles and it asks for a proof that I am currently in the country I am residing. However, I live at a family member's house right now so my name is not on a lease. I am already submitting bank statements so it seems redundant to try and use that as a proof of my location. I have a driver's license from California but it feels like that is not much proof.

It gives examples of visa, proof of payment of airline tickets, and accommodation. Would it be valid to show my most recent airline ticket into the USA a few months ago? Any other ideas of a document that would be worthwhile to prove I am in the USA?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user applying for a DTV visa in Los Angeles is seeking advice on what documents can serve as proof of residency since they currently live at a family member's house and their name isn't on a lease. Suggested documents include a California driver's license, bank statements with their address, a letter explaining their situation, or even a selfie with a recent newspaper. Other users confirmed that a driver's license is generally considered sufficient proof of residency by the Thai Consulate.

the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles does specifically list a Driver's License as a possible document indicating current location

Upload what you can (driver's license, copies of all passport pages, receipt of recent purchase that has your name on it, etc) to prove you are currently in the US. It could help to include a letter explaining what you are providing and why.

If those bank statements have your name and the address you are living on it, that should be OK.

Just oploading the same document on two places worked OK for me.

See this person's successful application story, where only a license was provided as proof of residence at the same embassy:

I believe that a driver's license is considered sufficient evidence in many cases. Many also upload utility bills, but this is overkill. Unless they have reason to suspect something, I don't think you need to worry as a U.S. citizen. A driver's license is widely accepted as proof of residency in the U.S.
