Iโm going to apply for my non o spouse visa. I just have one concern re the bit that asks proof of relationship to a family in Thailand. I have a marriage certificate but my husband is currently residing here in U.K. with me . And I was going to send council tax bill as proof of adddress in U.K. which has both our names on. Should I get another utility bill that shows only my name? Or am I overthinking this? Anyone done this recently same senario? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a NON-O spouse visa for Thailand and is concerned about the proof of relationship required. They have a marriage certificate but their husband currently resides in the UK. They consider submitting a council tax bill with both names but wonder if they need separate proof in their name. Comments assure that the marriage certificate suffices as proof, and address documentation can include bills with either or both names. Overall, the user is advised not to overthink the situation.

I recently did my non O 90 days based on Thai marriage (proof was Thai Marriage certificate). They weren't happy with my photo and my pension statement, so they asked me for alternatives. So there's no need to worry when you submit evidence, as they are helpful in my experience.
thanks for that. Iโm just filling the form now and they been asking for the flight no from my last flight which was last year and I have no idea. Is that normal?

The proof of relationship is your marriage certificate to a thai ๐ That's all they care about,
The proof of where you are can be anything and that it has your thai husbands name on it shouldn't make a difference, although if it makes you feel better about the application you can use a bill only in your name.
I would say you're over thinking it just a bit and will have no problem with the application.
Good luck with it (y)
