What are the requirements and challenges for applying for the 5-year DTV visa in Thailand as an online business owner?

I'm new to this group so apologies if this question has already been answered somewhere.

I would like to apply to get the 5 year DTV visa next year.

I'm wondering what are the difficulties or specific requirements for my particular case.

For context, i'm 44 yr old currently based in Europe and a year into my own online wellness coaching business. I'm still building up consistent client base and growing income.

I have a Thai bank account (with some funds) as I previously lived there for 7 years and overall i'm quite financially secure.

My question would be, for my case, how thriving would your business have to be in order to qualify for the DTV?

And are there any things I'm overlooking about the whole process?
