Hi everyone,

I applied for DTV as a remote worker, I provided all the requirements including my employment contract, a letter from my employer confirming I work remotely, pay slips, bank papers showing the salary payments… for some reason they’re asking to see a portfolio of my work, but my work is not very “visible”, I work in sales and almost all I do is make phone calls… what am I supposed to show?

I do sales too. My calling programs etc have track record of all the customers I call and my sales I make. Shouldn’t be that hard to proof you actually a sales agents. 🤷🏻

I’d keep the portfolio simple and focused on proving that your work is genuinely remote and established — for example contracts, invoices/payment history, client or employer evidence, and examples of your work. You don’t necessarily need a fancy website if the supporting evidence already tells a clear story.

Welsh_Mo666 maybe you did it earlier or depends on your passport/ application place. I've heard it's a problem to do in your way at the moment. For <6 months they give a METV and no DTV 5 years if course is shorter. Most of those are 3-9 months. Not sure, not a visa agent- just sharing experience

Very similar situation ;) I did a presentation of me and my work, also provided some ongoing contracts with my customers alongside with a official letter from one of my customers with proof of ongoing work relations between us + provided a monthly report of customer's sales, marketing strategy overview and recommendations for further steps. In my case, that was enough.
