TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 12-month extension on a Non-B Visa in Samui, it's recommended to directly consult the Samui immigration office for a list of required documents. Key documentation typically includes proof of paid-up capital, social security payments for employees, personal tax documents, and evidence of staff salaries. It's advisable to prepare these documents ahead of time and check in advance to ensure that nothing is missing.

and we're done. GO to the immigration office and get the hand out.

This is the offical list of docs in Bangkok. You may be able to do it if you read Thai (all the companies papers are in Thai only). I believe very few people do it without an agent at immigration.

Edit because i read now in replies you live on Koh Phangang. Go to Samui Immigration, ask the hand out with requirements, go back home, copy all needed and tick the list to be sure. Next morning go back to apply. You can apply from 30 days before till the last day of your Admitted until stamp. Go early just in case you missed a copy, so you have some days spare.

Have you asked Samui immigration? I would imagine they would know what they want.
