you need a letter from the bank formatted like this that shows monthly incoming overseas transfers ONLY. And you need to update your bank book the day you apply for the extension too
you should be able to just show the data page and the current page that has the balance of the date you are applying because the letter is what outlines the international transfers, BUT again it's up to the immigration office. I'd say there's no harm in copying every page and having it just in case you need it.
