Can anyone first-hand recommend a company that offers an 'in Thailand' DTV application service? I've reached out to some advertisements, but they don't all pass the legitimacy test. Thank you.
Answer summary
The discussion revolves around finding reliable companies that offer DTV application services in Thailand. Users express their concerns about legitimacy and share various experiences related to visa renewal and financial requirements for long-term Non-O visas. Key points include different methods for money seasoning (800k THB or 65k THB monthly deposits) and the possibility of utilizing agents for efficient processing. Recommendations are mixed, with personal anecdotes about renewal processes and the importance of having all paperwork in order.

Agents will do it a month before you leave, takes a week with the agent I use, I don't know the timescale if you do it yourself.
If you do neither your visa/extension will expire. If you get the renewal done before you leave don't forget the re entry permit.
If it's the original visa and not an extension you can make a short trip to a neighboring country and you should get another 12 months on your return, or that's what they used to do. Also you can extend the original visa by 3 months at immigration but not an extension
