I am filling in my TDAC right now. I am coming back from the UK as I live on Koh Phangan but it's asking me for a return journey details. Do I have to have a return flight even tho I'm not leaving and will be staying in Thailand? I've lived there 5 years now, coming back as a tourist and will then obtain an elite visa, as my non O visa expired

If your coming visa exempt you should have onward travel booked. Thai immigration probably won't care but your airline might not let you board
