What is the status of WP3 issuance for work visa applications during COVID-19 in Thailand?

Hi everyone! I heard from my new school that the Foreign workers administration stopped issue the WP3 due to the COVID-19, and without that document, I can not apply for a work visa (I'm out of Thailand now). Does anyone have any idea about this? Any school got this doc recently? When do you think they will resume the application?
