Has anyone here applied for a long-term visa as a dependent (spouse)? I need clarification regarding the process of submitting the Marriage Certificate. Is it really required to go to Thai Embassy and DCA here in the Philippines? Thanks so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process of applying for a long-term visa as a dependent (spouse) in Thailand requires submitting your Marriage Certificate. A user reported needing to provide an original Polish Marriage Certificate along with a certified translation. It is unclear whether it's necessary to visit the Thai Embassy and DCA in the Philippines for the submission, as this detail was not explicitly discussed.
