TLDR : Answer Summary
The original post inquires about experiences regarding the DTV visa process in Cambodia, specifically asking if the journey was made by plane or car, and whether they were met by an agent upon arrival. It also seeks advice on the timing for booking a return flight to Bangkok after arriving in Cambodia. Comment responses clarify that all Thai visas are processed online now and suggest that the entire process could take the full 15 days as indicated by the e-visa system, meaning a morning arrival would necessitate a longer stay in Cambodia.
There is no agent. All Thai visas are now processed online through the e-visa system.
All recent reports I've seen from Cambodia state that the processing time is the full 15 days that they state on their website. Arriving in the morning doesn't change when you'll be booking your flight back to Bangkok, because you'll be in Cambodia for more than 2 weeks. Best to give yourself a few extra days in the event there are any issues or they ask for any additional documents.
