What Is the Process for Extending a NON IMM O Visa for a Thai Spouse at Chang Wattana?

Just to let you know. At Chang Wattana now for extenstion of NON IMM O visa based on married to Thai wife. Showed them that I had booked online for appointment, only retirement visa can be booked online please que to get a ticket. I had a feeling it would not be a smooth ride.

The sign posted at counter L1-32 does say "Online Appointment - Retirement"
