Solicitors had to be involved as one side contesting and solicitor fees were involved.
i believe at the amphur or local court. Your soon to be ex wife should know local one. If not its solicitors my wifes parents just got divorced but he was contesting everything (and got nothing and was told if he appealled he would be paying out) and cost about about
