I went to immigration on the 7th to apply for an emergency extension based on covid. I got 20 days under consideration. They said I have to return on the 26th of April to get the additional 10. With the Amnesty, I dont have to return until April 30th or May 1st?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for an emergency extension of their visa due to COVID-19, receiving an initial 20-day extension and was told to return for an additional 10 days. There is uncertainty surrounding the timing of this return, given the Amnesty policy that allows for automatic extensions until the end of April for certain visa stamps.

At this time it's kinda sketchy how that works BUT it appears that anyone's stamp (except LONG TERM extensions) that are expiring before the 30th of April get the automatic extension until then

Please update us if you do. Thanks.
