TLDR : Answer Summary
To change to your husband's work permit visa, his employer must prepare necessary documents to apply for the Work Permit at the Ministry of Labor. Once approved, your husband will receive a letter from the Ministry, allowing him to apply for a Non-Immigrant B visa at a Thai Consulate or Embassy. Note that requirements may vary by consulate, so it's essential to check their website for specific document requirements before traveling. Use caution as agents are not permitted in this discussion.

The employer of your husband need to get his paper works in order to apply for the Work Permit at the Ministry of Labor. If application is approved he will get a letter from this Ministry and your husband can go abroad to apply for the Non Immigrant B visa with that paper and other documents from his employer at a Thai Consulate or Embassy. Little depending on which consulate he likes to go, the requirements can differ, please check their website to have all the documents before you travel. There is no need for agents on this page, also postings and reply's with agents will be removed. We are here to help each other with our knowledge and experience.
