What is the process for changing to my husband's work permit visa in Thailand?

The employer of your husband need to get his paper works in order to apply for the Work Permit at the Ministry of Labor. If application is approved he will get a letter from this Ministry and your husband can go abroad to apply for the Non Immigrant B visa with that paper and other documents from his employer at a Thai Consulate or Embassy. Little depending on which consulate he likes to go, the requirements can differ, please check their website to have all the documents before you travel.
