What is the process for applying for an ED Visa in Thailand while staying in Bali, including necessary documentation and costs?
Hello I’m Sharing my process with you from applying in Jakarta while staying in Bali, soft power muay thai and unemployed with no income for many years

Essential Costs in THB
Flights in out with flexible ticket + VOA = 12k
Hotel = 700thb per night x 5 nights
Food/drink = 1000thb per day x 5days
DTV online: 11.5k THB after exchanges see below
Note: The application is apparently payed by card only in IDR 5.6M = (11500thb) I expected to pay 10k in THB, so be better prepared than me for a more favourable exchange rate and experience.

- boarding pass + customs qr code
- Hotel confirm + hotel paid and pic of boardingpass in room of hotel with key
- Visa stamp pdf and immigration pdf both in Visa On Arrival email from airport of DPS
School
- Dtv docs (invitation, paid invoice, curriculum, school registration, llc registration, 2x house book, owner id) / (my name, address, passport nr and phone nr visible in the document)
- Screenshot of their website included in pdf
Timeline utc+7 Jakarta time
- Fly Wednesday 5feb from bkk to dps
- Send all docu Wednesday night 5feb 23:51
- Pending approval Thorsday 6feb 15:00
- Approved Saturday 8feb 11:00 (rebook my flight to an earlier date with flex ticket)
- Dps-Bkk Monday 10feb + Print visa paper Immigration ok no questions no show
= finished in 2 full working days isch
Total Cost door 2 door for visa: 26k thb 5days trip
