I am on a NON-ED visa extension issued from Div1, switching to Elite. I will have a letter from the school to cancel, MOE docs, and a letter from Elite. I assume I just take that to Counter N, but I don’t know if a form is needed or any special process.
I did ask information desk at Div1 already and they didn’t know anything about canceling visas. This is supposed to be same day switch, cancel in the morning and get elite affixed in afternoon.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To cancel a NON-ED visa and switch to an Elite visa in Thailand, you will need to bring documentation including a letter from your school, MOE documents, and a letter from Elite. There appears to be no specific form required for the cancellation, and it is advisable to take your documents to Counter N. The Elite visa service is expected to assist with the process, so contacting them for confirmation or additional help is recommended.
This is the whole purpose of the elite visa - that they not only answer all your questions quickly and authoritatively, but also that they completely take care of things like this for you.
Since you're paying Elite a ton of money, they should hopefully be able to answer your questions and help you with whatever process is necessary. Try emailing them.
the same counter you used to get the extension is where you cancel it. You can even go ahead of time if you want as long as the letter from your school is dated. You can go about a week early and they'll stamp your cancellation with the date on the letter.
