Answer summary
The community clarified that the official site for compiling the TDAC (Tourist Declaration and Arrival Card) is a government site ending in .go.th. Several users warned against unofficial sites that charge fees, stating that using the official TDAC website is free. They provided links to the correct site and suggested avoiding sponsored links on search engines.

You can use our system here for free if you are within the 72 hour submission window:
It will also allow you to submit up to a year in advance for a $8 fee, but that is not necessary if you submit within the standard 72 hour window.
