Do I need to apply separately for a Visa for myself and my child if my husband is approved under the DTV?

hello everyone

I have a question: since my husband just got approved under DTV now I need to apply for mine and my 5 year old. I don’t see the option to do both of ours together so does it mean I have to apply separately for me and her? do we still need to be outside of thailand? anyone know how long it will take for ours now to get approved? thank you again.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post asks whether an individual must apply separately for DTV visas for herself and her 5-year-old daughter, as her husband has just been approved for the DTV visa. The responses clarify that each person requires a separate application, even children, and confirm that they must be outside of Thailand during the application process. The expected approval time varies by embassy but can take about 1 to 2 weeks.

Each passport needs its own visa. You can apply for you and your child dtv dependant at the same time on two separate application. Both of you must be outside of thailand. Depending on which embassy, it can take 1 to 2 weeks to be approved. I applied for my both my kids in hcmc and it was very straight forward, took about 5 business day
