Hello everyone, I know there is a 60 days Covid extension available for tourist visas that is valid until end of May at the latest. Does that mean that the latest I can go to immigration to get it would be at the end of March? I seem to recall reading sth about the deadline to get it being end of February but I’m not sure. Can anyone inform me on the matter ? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 60-day Covid extension for tourist visas is currently available with a deadline for applications until March 30th. It's important to gather required documents and submit them before this date.

You’ll need this stuff. Not all offices have the same requirements so it may be slightly different depending on which of the 70+ offices you use.

A copy of your passport data page,

A passport photo,

Proof of filing a TM30,

A copy of your departure card (TM6)

A copy of your latest entry stamp,

A filled out TM7 (application form for extensions),

A filled out STM2 (acknowledgement that you understand the rules for overstaying)

A filled out “I don’t want to leave because of Covid form” - I have no idea if it has an official name or number.

And 1,900 baht.

The forms are available at your local office. Most have places on site or nearby that can do the copies and photos.

Any visa holders, it's a "Covid unable to travel" extension valid for 60 days. Current deadline for it is March 30th, get your extension before then.

what difference does it make what office he is going to . He asked when the latest ge can do it

different offices allow you to apply for a new extension at different times AND require different documentation. Any more questions or you just wanna let it go at that ? :P
@Mic****
the last day you could go would be the date your current stamp is expiring BUT I wouldn't say wait until that date..

Passport and a copy of your passport data page, entry stamp, and tm6 departure card. Application and 1900 baht should be it.
