TLDR : Answer Summary
The primary difference between a non-visa and a tourist visa in Thailand, particularly regarding extensions, is negligible for travelers from visa-exempt countries. Both options initially allow for a 60-day stay, which can be extended for an additional 30 days. For a longer stay, such as 77 days, a suggestion is made to consider applying for a non-immigrant O visa for retirement, which provides a longer stay of 90 days.

Hello, apply for a non-immigrant o for retirement . That gives you 90 days.

In Norway that visa cost you 80 euro

It's called an extension.

There's no difference if you're from a visa exempt country.

Both a tourist visa and visa exempt give you a 60 day permission to stay. And both can be extended one time by 30 days.
