Hi

Please can you explain me the difference between a Visa on Arrival and an Exemption Visa? And Please let me know how I can do if I come to stay 59 days without a Visa from the Consulate? I am Italian living in Japan and in the Thai Consulate here the procedures to get a Visa for Thailand are much more complicated than in the Thai Consulates in other countries, thank you
