TLDR : Answer Summary
In recent discussions regarding the online submission of the 90-day report in Thailand, users have expressed varying experiences, with some reports taking longer than the expected period for approval. One user mentioned their application remained pending for five days, while others reported approvals within hours or delays extending up to a week. It was suggested that applying ahead of the deadline could help avoid issues, especially considering the fines for late applications.

I had mine approved April 7. I did it April 5 which was before the April 6 Holiday. I didn't realize until I got on the site how far in advance you can do it online.
I did mine back in March, but perhaps the same thing applies. I submitted it 7 days before the deadline and it stayed pending until the actual day my report was due.
maybe a backlog from Songkran closures ? I don't know if done centrally online or at local level. My address is Koh Tao, so if done locally, KT immigration is not busy.
