Is a letter from my doctor stating my negative PCR COVID test sufficient for travel?

Question about the PCR covid Test. I had my test done as I'm flying on Sunday. The Dr sent a letter that just stated my PCR covid test was negative and then a bunch of blah blah blah if you have symptoms you should stay home etc. I'm just wondering is this letter enough for my Negative Covid Test or do I need something that looks more like the lab results?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if a letter from their doctor indicating a negative PCR COVID test is adequate for travel, particularly noting the absence of lab results and a timestamp on the letter.

Can anyone answer this as I leave tomorrow. I also noticed the letter is dated but there is no time stamp, will this be ok?
