What is the best border to exit Thailand and re-enter for a longer visa stay if my WP and Extension of Stay are cancelled?

Hi. I am back for advice. 

My visa status background: WP and Extension of Stay will be cancelled April 30th. My hotel closed and employment terminated.

Assuming only, borders will open and Phuket life will be normal and aside from the 7 days extension after paying THB 1900 and the Covid-19 letter from my embassy is not useful, can anyone please tell me where is the best border to exit and come back getting a visa with longer stay in Thailand?
