I’m currently on a yearly extension based on an o-a visa . It expires on the 24th April next year . Without extending it further what other option do I have if I need to stay a further 2 or 3 months. It’s for dental reasons .

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on an O-A visa with an extension set to expire on April 24th of the next year. They are inquiring about options to stay in Thailand for an additional 2 to 3 months without extending their current visa, specifically for dental reasons. Comments suggest that there may be options such as a visa run available by that time.

April is a long way away. Very possibly able to do a border/Visa run easily by then.
