What has been the experience of others in applying for DTV from Manila, especially with the new rules in effect?
I just took a last minute flight to Manila to apply for DTV yesterday. Has other people had success applying with soft power Muay Thai in the Philippines?? Anxiously waiting now 🤞🤞🤞

So you applied Saturday but my guess is they are closed when you applied so wont open up your documents until monday at the earliest.
