My Non-B is up on the 31st of March and I have a flight out on April 5th. I've heard that there is a 7-Day Extension, but I can't find anything recent on it? Is this still available and what is the paper work for it? Any info and tips would be great, thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question seeks clarification on the availability of a 7-Day Extension for a Non-B visa that is expiring soon, along with the necessary paperwork. Responses indicate that while officially, a 7-Day Extension doesn't exist, when applying for an Extension of Stay, one receives an additional 7 days to leave if the extension is not granted.

They will add the 7 days onto your existing stamps expiration date so you can go any time. There's no need to wait for it to run out

Cheers. What's the paper work? Would it be a TM 7 and passport copies? Couldn't find a clear answer.

Official there is no 7 day Extension. You apply for a new Extension of Stay on your current visa, if the Extension of Stay is NOT approved you get 7 days to leave the country.

You have to apply before your last Admitted to Stay date stamped in your passport, if you do it after that day you are in overstay.
