TLDR : Answer Summary
To indicate your current location when applying for a Non-B visa to work in Thailand via eVisa, you can provide different types of documentation depending on whether you're in your home country or a foreign country. In your home country, acceptable documents include a driver's license with an address or a utility bill. If you're currently in a foreign country, you can use a hotel booking or a passport entry stamp.

If you're in your home country then your driver's license if it has your address or a utility bill with your name and address on it. If you're in a foreign country then a hotel booking or passport entry stamp.
