What documents should I upload for the Thai non-immigrant O e-visa application if specific requirements do not apply to me?

I am applying for a non immigrant o e visa. My wife is Thai and I do not know what to post on the documents page in a couple of places.

#8 asks for a residence permit in a country in which a visa application is submitted in case the applicant is not a national of the country in which visa application is submitted. This does not apply to me but it won’t let me go to the next page unless I upload a document. What should I upload for that?

#11 Says you are required to upload passport pages which contain all international travel records for the past 12 months. This doesn’t apply either because I haven’t been out of the US since 2019 when the wife and I went to Thailand. What do I need to upload for that document requirement?

I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me what I need to do. I have tried to find answers on their page but can’t find any where that tells you what to do if they don’t apply to you.

Thanks in advance for any help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a non-immigrant O e-visa and is unsure of what documents to upload in specific fields that do not apply to their situation. Commenters provide advice on how to handle the document uploads: for question #8, they suggest uploading a passport page, and for question #11, they recommend uploading the last exit stamp from 2019 or even an empty page to meet the requirements. Other users suggest contacting the embassy for further clarification.

#11 upload the last stamp with description that that was the last time you left the country.

What I did was take a photo shot and ring the question and emailed Uk embassy asking the question

In a couple of days got the answer to fill out correctly, I then worked through the evisa doing this at least 6 times. Finally I did it successfully but took a bit of time

#8 = the info page of your password #11 just upload the passport pages of your last travel. Or an empty page, to make their website happy.
